Living sustainably: Avoiding over consumption through zero waste in the kitchen

KA210-VET - Small-scale partnerships in vocational education and training

Objectives

From the exchange of good practices through this small-scale partnership partners expect to motivate VET providers in the catering sector to collaborate with the European colleagues by exchanging ideas and training experiences planning future projects to minimize the waste produced in this sector.

Project guide will suppose in reducing kitchen waste. It will be created according to the principles of flexible training and can be used in formal, non-formal and informal VET.

Implementation

Activities include production of training materials, research, infographics and „Zero waste in the kitchen” guide. Local sessions to create a guide.

Cooperation: virtual project meetings, two transnational project meetings - in Poland and Portugal, international workshop for trainers in Italy and dissemination project results in Newsletters, by poster and flyer, in social media and during different offline events.
