Creativity, arts and culture as efficient approach for inclusion
“Creativity, arts and culture as efficient approach for inclusion” (CreACt4Inclusion) is 18+months Erasmus+ youth project (2026-2027).
Objectives:
* to improve competences of youth workers to organise activities with migrants, refugees and local youth;
* to collect efficient methods and create materials for the project E-Book,
* to share good practices of integration newcomers to the labour market and inclusion to the local communities;
* to support social, educational and entrepreneurship values of creativity, arts and culture,
* to enrich the networks of youth workers on local and European levels.
Project management and implementation include:
Communication with partners (online and offline)
Desk research and field analysis of best practices
Collection and creation of E-Book materials
Training courses for E-Book testing
Creation and update of project website and Facebook page for sharing best practices
Local meetings, workshops, training, and study visits
Monitoring and evaluation activities
Dissemination activities
Follow-up activities
Financial management, narrative and financial report
Results:
The intangible result will be the development of basic and advanced skills to organise creative, artistic, and cultural activities for the inclusion of migrants and refugees in local communities and the labor market. The main tangible result will be an E-Book with resources, tools, and activities for youth workers. Additionally, recommendations for decision-makers on effective newcomer integration will be provided. All materials will be available on the project website for wider dissemination.
